The goal of this project was to build Interio Keys - a purpose-built, three-sided SaaS marketplace that structurally connects builders, interior designers, architects, and property buyers within one integrated platform. Deorwine Infotech was engaged to replace the informal, referral-driven relationship between real estate and interior design with a scalable digital ecosystem where every stakeholder type has a dedicated workflow, dashboard, and discovery layer.
We set out to solve a gap no existing platform had addressed - giving buyers the ability to visualize professional interior design portfolios mapped directly to live property listings, while simultaneously giving builders a branded digital presence and interior professionals a structured route to motivated buyers.
