We engineered two purpose-built mobile applications - a shipper app for discovering transporters, comparing rates, and tracking cargo in real time, and a partner app for truck operators to manage fleets, accept bookings, and process payments - all on a shared multi-vendor backend with smart logistics tools, route optimization, and a comprehensive vendor verification system.
